Asteria
A university brief was given to brand design a festival pf our imagination. Set in the present day, Asteria is a goddess festival which intends to give a taste of the past . Asteria is a month long, all-female (non-binary inclusive) experience, providing an outlet for escapism, restoration and relaxation. The name of the festival derives from the Greek goddess of the stars. The festival values sustainability, creativity, meditation, art therapy, spirituality, and the awakening of the divine feminine energy.
Asteria allows positive thinking women to discover an oasis of calm away from the stresses and angst of our day-to-day lives. In order that there may be no connection bewteen Asteria and the real world, the festival obtains no digital presence. Aimed at open-minded and environmentally concious individuals, the festival entertains various activities centered around healing, the natural world, herbal remedies and forming emotional connections with fellow women.
